Crust: 1 package pizza crust mix

Cheese layer:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Sauce layer:
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 cup Ragu Pizza sauce

Toppings:
1/2 lb lean ground beef, cooked
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions, lightly sauteed
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms, lightly sauteed
2-3 Tablespoons sliced black olives
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- or -
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions, lightly sauteed
1/4 cup thinly sliced peppers
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup diced ham
2-3 Tablespoons sliced black olives
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Crust: Follow package directions. Press into greased 12" pizza pan. Prick well with fork. Bake 5 minutes at 475 degrees on lowest oven rack.
Cheese layer: Mix together and spread over crust.
Sauce layer: Mix oregano and pizza sauce and spread over cheese layer.
Toppings: select your toppings.

Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Veggies and amounts can be varied according to taste.
