1/2 cup skim/low fat milk or water
3/4 cup Peter Pan reduced fat peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/3 cup quick oats
1 Tablespoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, stir together milk, peanut butter and honey. Add flour, oats and baking powder. Stir until well mixed. If mixture seems too sticky to roll, add another 2-3 Tablespoons of wheat flour. Turn onto lightly floured board and roll to 1/4" thick. Cut into desired shapes. Put on cookie sheet and bake:
2" round - 15 minutes
2 1/2" round - 20 minutes
Large bones - 25-30 minutes
Small bones - 20 minutes
or until golden brown

Note: If Smucker's All Natural peanut butter is used, add 2 Tablespoons more milk.

For dogs - you may leave out the honey. These received the 'woof' of approval from our two dogs, Duke and Morgan.

No time for breakfast? 2 or 3 treats and a glass of milk will do the trick.
