Gelatin Recipe:
2 small boxes (3 oz.) sugar free gelatin
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, in juice
2 (16 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained

Drain pineapple and set aside juice. Arrange pineapple and oranges in a 13"x9" dish and set aside. Stir 2 cups boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl. Stir until completely dissolved. Mix pineapple juice with enough cold water to equal 2 cups and add to gelatin mixture. Carefully pour over fruit and refrigerate until serving time.

Tangy Dressing:
1 cup fat-free Miracle Whip
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons Rose's lime juice

Thoroughly mix all ingredients until it becomes the consistency of dressing. If mixture is too thick, add small equal amounts of honey and lime juice until mixture is desired consistency.

Serve gelatin in small dishes and pass dressing for pouring.
