1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
1 (16 oz) can Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange rind (optional)
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease deep dish pie plate or 9"x9" pan. Spread apple pie filling over bottom of pan. Mix orange rind and cranberry sauce together and spread over apples.
Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir in egg with a fork until well mixed and crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cranberries. Dizzle with butter.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or cold with whipped cream. It's also great plain.
