2 teaspoons dehydrated onion
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
pepper to taste
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup sour cream
3 lbs. white fish - we used Cod

 

Mix all the ingredients together and pour over fish placed in a greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, depending on thickness of fish. Serves 6-8.
