8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup coconut
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream

Blend in food processor for 1 minute. Use fruit chunks for dipping - strawberries, pineapple, bananas, madarin oranges, melons, kiwi fruit, star fruit, pears, apples, etc.

If you have time, toasted coconut makes this extra special. If you're adventuresome, try lemon pudding instead of vanilla or for a nutty flavor, substitute pistachio pudding for the vanilla.
