Batter Mixture:
2 cups Bisquick
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup Craisins (chopped fine in food processor)
1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Topping:
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

Batter Mixture: Mix together Bisquick and sugar. Make a well in the center and add egg, orange juice, oil and rind. Stir until moistened. Stir in marmalade and Craisins. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

Topping: In small bowl mix ingredients togther. Spinkle 1 heaping teaspoon over each muffin

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Makes 12.
