egg, beaten
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 pound bacon
Cut up bacon
in small pieces, fry and drain oil. Combine and cook egg, sugar,
flour and water. Mixture will thicken and then add vinegar.
Then add bacon. Pour over lettuce, shredded cabbage or cooked
potatoes.
