Thoroughly
cream shortening and 1/2 cup sugar; add egg and mix well. Sift
2 cups flour, salt and baking powder; add to creamed mixture
alternately with milk. Pour into wax paper lined 8-inch square
pan and sprinkle blueberries over batter.
Topping: Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour,
cinnamon and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over blueberries.
Bake at 350 for 75 minutes.
