3 lbs. Chicken thighs, skinless
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Oil
Seasoned Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
1 clove minced Garlic or ½ teaspoon minced Garlic
4 small Yellow Onions, chopped
2 Tablespoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 cup Sour Cream

 

Heat butter and oil. Brown chicken on all sides, add salt and pepper. Remove chicken and set aside. In pan sauté onions and garlic, until onions is golden. Add paprika, Worcestershire Sauce, chicken stock and sour cream. Stir constantly until smooth. Place chicken in casserole dish and cover with mixture. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour or simmer on stove top in pan for 1 hour.
