Combine
ground beef, onion, green peper, garlic powder, salt, parsley,
bread crumbs and egg. Make 4 hamburgers. Mix water and tomato
soup together and set aside. Cut green pepper into strips and
set aside. Brown hamburgers on one side, flip and brown other
side. Add tomato soup and water mixture and green peppers. Cover
burgers and simmer for 1 hour, turning burgers, half way through.
Goes great with buttered noodles and your choice of vegetable.
